Christmas Help ProgramYukon and Arctic Each Christmas we support clergy spouses in the Yukon and Arctic who have no employment income. St. Michaels is proud to have been supporting this program for decades. This year, Peter Goddard hopes that we can collect $5,000, so that we can send a gift of $250 to each of 18 such spouses. These gifts are so gratefully accepted each year. When you make your gift, please provide your envelope number or address so that we can provide you a receipt. Thank you for your continuing support! |

Beautiful Handcrafted Christmas CardsOn sale now! Our talented 'card sharks' have been busy again, lending their creative gifts to prepare beautiful, hand-crafted Christmas cards for you to share with your friends, neighbours and loved ones during the Festive Season. Cards are available at the back of the church, with new cards added weekly, ensuring that everyone receives something special and unique.
If you have a special order or need additional cards, please speak with Angela Goddard.
This year the cards are $5 each or 6 cards for $25. Please put the money for the cards in the collection plate, put it in the wooden box in the Narthex or hand directly to Lanny. Credit card payment can be arranged with Lanny directly.
Thank you!

Sunday Services at St Michael and All Angels
Our Sunday 8:30am service is shaped by the 1962 Book of Common Prayer. The lilt and rhythm of old English finds its way into this liturgy, and some beautiful turns of phrase illuminate this service where there is no music. While the service itself is quiet, regular attendees are lively, friendly and very welcoming. Our Sunday 10:30am service, shaped by the Book of Alternative Services, includes music and more contemporary language and images for understanding God. This service is normally recorded and available for view on Sunday afternoon on the website.
