The people of St Michael and All Angels acknowledge with gratitude that we gather on the unceded territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən- and SENĆOŦEN-speaking peoples, who have hunted and gathered here for thousands of years. This area, with its temperate climate, natural harbours, and rich resources, was a trading centre for a diversity of First Peoples. We are honoured to be able to live, work, play and pray on these territories.
Jesus loved meeting people from all walks of life. He spent time getting to know them, sharing stories, meals, questions, doubts, healing and hope. Jesus engaged with people from his own faith tradition from other faith traditions and from no faith tradition, so wherever you are on the spectrum you are welcome to join us as we strive to share in this Jesus tradition of welcome and hospitality.
Mark your calendars for these great events coming up.
